I've been super lazy lately! I've had a ton of trouble getting up to workout, but I realized that there is no easy solution, I either get my butt up or I don't. Today I DID! I did 1.5 miles on the treadmill in 15 minutes, the streak continues (6 days now!). Then I decided that wasn't much of a workout and I was done running for this morning, so finally braved a bodyrock.tv workout since Christy recommends them.
She is sick!
OMG, that was killer! Only 16 minutes but I feel it everywhere! I loved it! I am ready for my day and my week! Hope everyone else is ready for their week too, Happy Monday!!
