Monday and I got up and rocked it!
I've been super lazy lately! I've had a ton of trouble getting up to workout, but I realized that there is no easy solution, I either get my butt up or I don't. Today I DID! I did 1.5 miles on the treadmill in 15 minutes, the streak continues (6 days now!). Then I decided that wasn't much of a workout and I was done running for this morning, so finally braved a bodyrock.tv workout since Christy recommends them.
She is sick!
OMG, that was killer! Only 16 minutes but I feel it everywhere! I loved it! I am ready for my day and my week! Hope everyone else is ready for their week too, Happy Monday!!
Holy moly what is that woman doing?! Is she even sweating?! If she was making you do that I can definitely see how you were feeling it after 16 minutes.

ReplyDeleteI tried bodyrock once and loved it! They are crazy but pretty interesting! I dont have a weight bag but I think even using what you got is good.
